Payroll Fee Schedule

Find the number of employees you pay to determine your fee.  If the number

of employees you pay varies each period, so will your fee.  These fees are

based on a weekly payroll.  For a bi-weekly or semi-monthly add $7.00 per

payroll.  For a monthly payroll add $10.00 per payroll.  Delivery is not included.
